Browse our selection of house kits and find design that best fits your lifestyle and budget. We have over 50 layouts to choose from, a wide range of sizes, and customization options.
The kits include the materials needed for the shell of the plan you choose. You will receive all of the interior and exterior framing, roofing, siding, windows, exterior doors, and materials for any porches shown.
The materials are about 95% pre-cut and ready to assemble.

We will discuss your project, answer any questions that you have, then provide you with a personalized comprehensive quote based on your needs. The quote will include a breakdown of all of the costs including; delivery, taxes (if applicable), materials, and installation.
Step 3: Order Your House Kit

Once you are ready to move forward, you will pay a 25% deposit and we will place the order for your house kit. You will receive a full set of blueprints at this time.
It will take from 4- 6 weeks for the materials to be delivered to your site.

Step 3: Order Your House Kit
While your kit is being manufactured and shipped, you'll get the build site prepared. This typically includes clearing the site and having a foundation installed. Our kits are designed to work with any type of foundation that you choose (slab, stem wall, basement, sub floor, ect.) but it does need to be completed for the kit to be installed. While the kits can work with any type of foundation, the most cost effective option is usually a slab.

Your kit will be delivered directly to your build site and unloaded ready for construction. They come on one (or two depending on the size of the kit) tractor trailer. Once the materials are delivered, you will pay the remaining cost of materials.
*please note that the final payment must be made the day of delivery, or in the week prior to delivery

These kits are designed to be incredibly user friendly for even inexperienced builders giving you the capability to build it yourself if you would like. If that seems like more than you would like to tackle you can use our trusted builder or you can hire an independent contractor.
